Your personal data are also processed in order to comply with legal obligations. Pursuant to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act, lawyers are obliged to collect and record certain information. For example, the identity of clients must be verified.

Law & More will process your personal data if it has a legitimate interest in doing so and the processing will not constitute a disproportionate breach of your privacy.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Law & More will only share your personal data with third parties to the extent necessary to provide services in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes. This includes, for example, the conclusion of a contract, the provision of your personal data in connection with (legal) proceedings, correspondence with the other party or the engagement of another third party on behalf of and under the authority of Law & More, such as an IT supplier.
